Avery and May Delivery Policy

United States ShippingAt this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time.

Canada ShippingAt this time we unable to ship to the Province of Quebec.

International ShippingWe do not currently ship to countries outside of the United States or Canada.

Estimated Processing timeEstimated order processing and shipping time to destinations within the USA will take 4 to 7 business days to arrive. For orders that require specific delivery dates, please consider expedited shipping options.

Shipping is $2.95 for standard ground delivery in the United States. In addition to ground shipping, we do offer two day ($ 15.99) and next day ($ 22.99) delivery. All expedited orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday - Friday will ship on the same day. Free shipping over $75 applies to ground shipping only. Orders over $75 ship for free.

Shipments going to Canada may take between 9 to 14 business days to be delivered. Standard shipping to Canada is $8.99 per item (no tracking ID). In addition to standard shipping we also offer a priority option for $24.99 (5 - 8 business days transit).

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays. Orders will also not be shipped on Saturdays or Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Address ChangesOrders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@averyandmay.com and we will make every attempt to honor your request.

Shipment NotificationsYou will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. After you have received this email, please allow the number of business days as specified above to receive your order.
