Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please note that to be eligible for return, item must be unworn and shipped along with the UPC tag attached, appropriate UPC, packaging and invoice.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us immediately at support@averyandmay.com. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Avery and May. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Avery and May will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Please also email an Avery and May consultant at support@averyandmay.com, for exchange, repair, or resizing. These cannot be set up online and require assistance. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Return and Exchange InstructionsTo return one of our products, the product must have a completed Return Authorization Form. If an item is received without an authorization form, AVERY AND MAY will not be able to complete your request.

Return RulesIf your purchase was made at an AVERY AND MAY authorized reseller, you will need to return your item to point of purchase.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees and discounts except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

If you are returning a gift, please be sure to indicate that a website credit is required and provide your email address. Failure to do so will result in the gift giver receiving a refund to their credit card.

All clearance or special order items are considered as a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns are processed during weekdays (Monday – Friday) once the items have been received at our Fulfillment Centre. Following receipt of your returned item, you'll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an average of 1-2 weeks for full processing. Our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Please allow another 7 – 10 business days after processing for your bank to post credit against your account.

Returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

Shipping InformationWe recommend using a traceable carrier, and insuring your package for the full value of the contents. AVERY AND MAY is not responsible if these shipments are lost by the carrier or not received at our facility. AVERY AND MAY cannot reimburse you for shipping charges. Please keep track of your return tracking number.

Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned from locations outside of the USA. Avery and May reserves the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at time of package receipt. To avoid additional charges, we recommend sending your return via our preferred courier.

Credits To Your Charge CardCredit or debit card purchases will be refunded against the credit card used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Avery and May has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.

Cancel Or Change An OrderIf you would like to change or cancel an order please email Avery and May at support@averyandmay.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
